UFC Hall-of-Famer, Ken Shamrock and Boxing champion, James "Lights Out" Toney formally announced their MMA matchup on Saturday. The two met with the press, exchanged words, and quickly got into a verbal altercation.
The date and venue is not finalized yet but it is rumored to take place in El Paso, Texas. The MMA matchup will be contested at eight rounds and 3-minutes each. Both fighters are only allowed to stay on the ground for 30 seconds before they get stood back up.
