This is the longest scheduled fight in Austin Trout’s career. Marco Antonio Avendano is a world class fighter who has traveled the world to fight highly ranked fighters. Avendano is from Cumana, Venezuela and holds a professional light middleweight record of 27 wins, 19 by weigh of knock-out with 6 losses.
This is an important fight for Austin Trout for many reasons. This is the biggest fight and toughest opponent for “No Doubt” Austin Trout with a perfect boxing record of 16-0. Trout sadly had many fights fall through due to uncontrollable circumstances. This was very difficult for Trout to deal with. Yet Trout continues to stay dedicated and focused on his boxing career. Austin Trout’s last fight appeared this past summer of 2008 on ESPN2’s Wednesday night fights.
