Tapout Clothing line owner "Mask" dies in car accident in Orange County California . Charles Lewis Jr. aka "Mask" of Tap Out clothing line died while driving his 2004 Modena Ferrari early Wednesday morning. The rare Ferrari was split in half upon impact. “Mask” died on the scene and a female passenger with him at the time was ejected from the car.
