Stress is just another emotion, addictive, but manageable-when you are stressed, take three really deep breaths, picture Superman flying up, up and away-NOW-YOU are Superman or Superwoman---TAKE THAT STRESS AND CONVERT IT INTO FOCUSED PURPOSE AND ENERGY TO GET DONE WHATEVER TASK OR EVENT IS STRESSING YOU OUT!
Now poof --stress gone--- mission accomplished! You are relaxed and in a phone booth putting your street clothes back on!
Always remember, your mind is your Superperson suit, put it on anytime stress attacks, just picture Luther as the stress and kick his ass off planet! No war would be won, no boxing match or sporting event won, no great inventions, or discoveries made, no great masterpieces painted or orchestrated, if it were not for stress properly used.
Do not listen to all the hype about bad stress, just turn it into purposeful, butt kicking stress, and enjoy!
