Southern California is the center of the fitness world. Convicted Artist Magazine was fortunate to be invited to the 2010 Fitness Expo at the Los Angeles Convention Center on January 23rd and 24. The Fitness Expo continues to run strong as California’s #1 fitness event. The event takes place once a year and brings in a variety of fitness related companies from all around the world. The world's leading fitness companies handed out free gifts including T-shirts, energy drinks, bars and supplements. Body building and mixed martial artist fans had the opportunity to meet and greet some of the industries top celebrities including Thiago Silva, Markus Ruhl, Ben White, Kimo Leopoldo, Jake Shields, Hector Lombard, Amir Sadollah, Urijah Faber and many more. Daily events included the US Gracie Nationals & Kid’s World Championships, The La Fitness Expo’s USPF American Cup Power Lifting Championship, MMA Demos, power lifting competitions, LA Martial Arts Competition, The Bodybuilding.com 2010 Bodyspace spokesmodel finals and awards.
