Klitschko defeats an overmatched, yet a very game Arreola!

vitali-klitschko-chris-arreola-photosWBC heavyweight title holder Vitali Klitschko 38-2 (37) successfully defended his portion of the heavyweight claim to fame by stopping the previously undefeated Chris Arreola 27-1 (24) in ten rounds, solidifying the Klitschko brothers grasp on the heavyweight division.

All though the challenger (Arreola) was seemingly outgunned and outclassed from the beginning of the bout by the unorthodox style of Klitschko, the tough Mexican banger proved to have a heart much bigger than his punch, in standing in the fire for ten rounds of lopsided action.

Klitschko beat Arreola to the punch using his size, strength and odd angles, proving to be effective with his experience, basically putting on a boxing clinic for the world to see. All though Arreola tried his best to find a way to break through the defense as well as offence of Klitschko, Chris could never gain ground, and by the end of the round ten referee Jon Schorle had seen enough pain and punishment and stopped the action giving Klitschko the TKO win, as well as an overly emotional Arreola the first loss of his career.

From here?

What will be next for the thirty-eight year old fighter? As much as it would be unethical, it would be awesomely entertaining to witness an all out Klitschko brother war! But that is highly doubtful.

All though he was soundly defeated by Klitschko, he is twenty-eight years old and has room to grow, all though he may not get another title shot again here in the near future, he may learn from his mistakes and be a much better fighter in time to come.
