Mixed media artist Jose Lugo created this created this piece in the memory of tattoo legend Edward "Chuco" Caballero who passed away November 2008 following a battle with an aggressive form of cancer.  There is an image of Christ as well as a portrait of Lugo's son Edwin. The girl represents death in which originated off the idea of Lugo's friend and fellow tattoo artist Spider.
